North Carolina High School Baseball - East Rowan nips Hickory Ridge
February 28, 2023: Salisbury, NC 28146 East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC), 13-12 in a non-league test.
With the win, East Rowan upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Mustangs host North Davidson (Lexington, NC) to battle the Black Knights in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 7. The Black Knights come into the test with a record of 1-1. North Davidson won 7-4 in their recent non-league test against South Rowan (China Grove, NC)
With the defeat, Hickory Ridge falls to 0-1 on the season. The Ragin' bulls host Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC) to battle the Tigers in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 1. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-0.
