Georgia High School Lacrosse - Whitewater drops to Dunwoody
February 28, 2023: Fayetteville, GA 30214 Dunwoody Wildcats (Dunwoody, GA) followers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Whitewater Wildcats (Fayetteville, GA), 17-3 in a non-league battle.
The Wildcats now have a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Lakeside for a 5A-6A Area 1 battle on Wednesday, March 1. Dunwoody will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 12-3 non-league win over Collins Hill (Suwanee, GA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-2.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Trinity Christian Lions (Sharpsburg, GA) in a 1A-4A Area 3 battle, on Friday, March 3. Whitewater will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Lions come into the battle with a 2-2 record after their 11-10 non-league loss to McIntosh (Peachtree City, GA).
