Georgia High School Soccer - Stratford Academy knocks off Westside
February 28, 2023: Macon, GA 31206 Stratford Academy Eagles (Macon, GA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Westside Seminoles (Macon, GA), 8-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles confront the Westminster Schools of Augusta Wildcats (Augusta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 4. Stratford Academy will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Alleluia Community (Augusta, GA).
The Seminoles now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Baldwin for a 4A Area 2 challenge on Friday, March 3. Westside will confront a Braves team coming off a 3-1 league win over Howard (Macon, GA). The Braves record now stands at 2-7.
