Georgia High School Baseball - Crisp County loses to Cook
February 28, 2024: Cordele, GA 31015 The Cook Hornets crushed the host Crisp County Cougars baseball team by a count of 12-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host Baker County for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 2. Cook will face a Wildcats team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Brantley County (Nahunta, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-1.
Next, the Cougars face the Jackson Red Devils (Jackson, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 1. Crisp County will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Red Devils enter the bout with a 3-3 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Putnam County (Eatonton, GA).
