The Salesian College Preparatory Pride softball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Berean Christian Eagles to 5 in the Pride non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Salesian College Preparatory improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Pride host Encinal (Alameda, CA) to clash with the Jets in a non-league game on Friday, March 1. The Jets come into the game with a record of 2-0. Encinal won 8-2 in their recent non-league game against Cardinal Newman (Santa Rosa, CA)

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Monte Vista Christian Mustangs (Watsonville, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 2.
