Lovejoy Leopards (Lucas, TX) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Dripping Springs Tigers (Dripping Springs, TX), 4-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Lovejoy advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Leopards travel to Alamo Heights (San Antonio, TX) to battle the Mules in a non-league match on Saturday, March 1. The Mules come into the match with a record of 2-1. Alamo Heights lost 12-2 in their recent non-league match against Marcus (Flower Mound, TX)

The Tigers now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stony Point for a non-league match on Thursday, March 6.
