Texas High School Baseball - Parkland loses to Round Valley

Round Valley Elks (Eagar, AZ) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX), 6-3 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Round Valley advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Elks travel to Chapin (El Paso, TX) to battle the Huskies in a non-league match on Saturday, March 1. The Huskies come into the match with a record of 2-7. Chapin lost 5-3 in their recent non-league match against Flowing Wells (Tucson, AZ)

The Matadors now have a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tombstone for a non-league match on Friday, February 28. Parkland will battle a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Mountain View (Tucson, AZ). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 0-1.
