February 28, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90005 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Robert F. Kennedy Community Bobcats (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Maywood Academy Nighthawks (Maywood, CA), observed Robert F. Kennedy Community's volleyball team top Maywood Academy by a count of 3-0.
The Bobcats (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Sotomayor (Los Angeles, CA). The Wolves enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Sotomayor was knocked off by Jefferson (Los Angeles, CA), 3-1, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Nighthawks battle the West Adams Panthers (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 3. Maywood Academy will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over USC-MAE (Los Angeles, CA).
