California High School Softball - Mira Costa bounces Palm Springs
February 28, 2025: Palm Springs, CA 92262 The Mira Costa Mustangs softball team scored 22 runs and held the host Palm Springs Indians to 1 in the Mustangs non-league win on Friday.
The Mustangs now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Monica for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 1. Mira Costa will confront a Vikings team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over San Bernardino (San Bernardino, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Palm Springs moves to 0-4 on the season. The Indians host Jurupa Valley (Jurupa Valley, CA) to confront the Jaguars in a non-league battle on Saturday, March 1. The Jaguars come into the battle with a record of 2-1.
