In Thursday's non-league challenge, the Desert Mirage RAMS (Thermal, CA) baseball squad triumphed over the host Borrego Springs Rams (Borrego Springs, CA), by a final score of 13-2.

With the win, Desert Mirage upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The RAMS travel to Yucca Valley (Yucca Valley, CA) to encounter the Trojans in a Desert Valley challenge on Tuesday, March 5. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Yucca Valley lost 12-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Rancho Mirage (Rancho Mirage, CA)

With the defeat, Borrego Springs falls to 1-1 on the season. The Rams host Foothills Christian (El Cajon, CA) to encounter the Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 1. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Foothills Christian won 15-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Victory Christian Academy (Chula Vista, CA)
