February 29, 2024: Headland, AL 36345 The Houston County Bears crushed the host Headland Rams baseball team by a tally of 6-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Bears now hold a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Smiths Station for a non-league bout on Friday, March 1. Houston County will face a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Brandon (Brandon, MS). The Panthers record now stands at 3-2.
Next, the Rams face the Hoover Buccaneers (Hoover, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 1. Headland will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Buccaneers enter the bout with a 2-6 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Hueytown (Hueytown, AL).
