Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the San Pedro Pirates (San Pedro, CA) and the visiting Firebaugh Falcons (Lynwood, CA), saw San Pedro's basketball squad knock off Firebaugh by a count of 78-65.

With the victory, San Pedro upgrades its record to 23-11 on the campaign. The Pirates host North (Bakersfield, CA) to play the Stars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2.
