Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Marked Tree Indians (Marked Tree, AR) and the visiting Augusta Red Devils (Augusta, AR), saw Marked Tree's basketball squad hold off Augusta by a tally of 43-37.

With the victory, Marked Tree improves its record to 26-5 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Norfork (Norfork, AR) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 24-2. Norfork won 58-27 in their recent non-league contest against Emerson (Emerson, AR)
