The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC) and the visiting Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA), saw May River's soccer squad triumph over Effingham County by a count of 7-0.

The Sharks now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Hilton Head Christian Academy for a non-league test on Monday, March 4. May River will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to St. Andrew's (Savannah, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
