March 1, 2022: Irvine, CA 92604 The St. Margaret's Tartans volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Irvine Vaqueros to 0 in the Tartans non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Tartans now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host JSerra Catholic for a non-league game on Thursday, March 3. St. Margaret's will meet a Lions team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over St. John Bosco (Bellflower, CA). The Lions record now stands at 4-2.
The Vaqueros (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Portola (Irvine, CA). The Bulldogs enter the Pacific Coast game with a 11-3 record. In their last game, Portola gained a win over Esperanza (Anaheim, CA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
