March 1, 2023: Morganton, GA 30560 Fans at Wednesday's non-league test between the Destiny Christian Wildcats (Del City, OK) and the host Mountain Area Christian Academy Lions (Morganton, GA), witnessed Destiny Christian's basketball squad crush Mountain Area Christian Academy by a margin of 89-24.
The Wildcats (28-6) will now prepare for their test against Franklin Road Christian (Murfreesboro, TN). The Minutemen go into the non-league test with a 34-1 record. In their last test, Franklin Road Christian walloped Covenant Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL), 65-29, in a non-league test.
The Lions now own a 21-6 record. They play next when they travel to Covenant Christian Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, March 2. Mountain Area Christian Academy will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 65-29 non-league loss to Franklin Road Christian (Murfreesboro, TN). The Falcons record now stands at 19-12.
