The Nocona Indians basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the host Wellington Skyrockets to 42 in the Indians non-league victory on Friday.

The Indians now sport a 35-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Martins Mill for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 2. Nocona will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 54-43 non-league win over Goldthwaite (Goldthwaite, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 35-5.
