March 1, 2024: Flowery Branch, GA 30542 The crowd at Friday's league test between the Cherokee Bluff Bears (Flowery Branch, GA) and the visiting Seckinger Jaguars (Buford, GA), saw Cherokee Bluff's soccer squad triumph over Seckinger by a count of 7-1.
The Bears now hold a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Madison County for a 4A Region 8 test on Tuesday, March 5. Cherokee Bluff will meet a Red Raiders squad coming off a 7-1 league win over East Hall (Gainesville, GA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, Seckinger drops to 5-2 on the season. The Jaguars host North Hall (Gainesville, GA) to meet the Trojans in a 4A Region 8 test on Tuesday, March 5. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 4-6. North Hall won 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Franklin County (Carnesville, GA)
