March 1, 2024: Summerfield, LA 71079 The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Summerfield Rebels (Summerfield, LA) and the visiting North Caddo Titans (Vivian, LA), saw Summerfield's softball squad achieve victory over North Caddo by a count of 22-0.
The Rebels now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Union Parish for a non-league match on Monday, March 4. Summerfield will face a Farmers squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Southwood (Shreveport, LA). The Farmers record now stands at 1-6.
With the loss, North Caddo falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Titans host Ebarb (Noble, LA) to face the Rebels in a non-league match on Saturday, March 2. The Rebels enter the match with a record of 1-1. Ebarb won 23-13 in their recent non-league match against Rapides (Lecompte, LA)
