The Sweetwater Red Devils baseball squad (National City, CA), was edged 4-3 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Foothills Christian Knights (El Cajon, CA)

With the triumph, Foothills Christian moves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Knights host High Tech CV (Chula Vista, CA) to confront the Bruins in a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 4. The Bruins come into the contest with a record of 0-2. High Tech CV lost 19-1 in their recent non-league contest against Bishop's (La Jolla, CA)

The Red Devils now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mission Bay for a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 4. Sweetwater will confront a Buccaneers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Canyon Hills (San Diego, CA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 2-0.
