March 1, 2025: Madison, GA 30650 The Hewitt-Trussville Huskies baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host Morgan County Bulldogs to 5 in the Huskies non-league win on Saturday.
The Huskies now hold a 10-0 record. They take the field next when they host Huntsville for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 4. Hewitt-Trussville will play a Panthers team coming off a 14-2 non-league loss to North Broward Prep (Coconut Creek, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 2-4.
With the defeat, Morgan County drops to 7-2 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Greenbrier (Evans, GA) to play the Wolfpack in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 5. The Wolfpack go into the test with a record of 3-4.
