March 1, 2025: Jonesboro, GA 30238 The Mundy's Mill Tigers (Jonesboro, GA) baseball trounced the visiting Stephenson Jaguars (Stone Mountain, GA), 19-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Central for a 4A Area 3 challenge on Tuesday, March 4. Mundy's Mill will clash with a Lions team coming off a 12-2 league win over Griffin (Griffin, GA). The Lions record now stands at 9-0.
With the defeat, Stephenson drops to 2-4 on the year. The Jaguars host Berkmar (Lilburn, GA) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 3. The Patriots go into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Berkmar lost 17-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Discovery (Lawrenceville, GA)
