Iowa High School Basketball - Treynor holds off Albia
March 1, 2025: Treynor, IA 51575 The Treynor Cardinals basketball team scored 51 points and limited the visiting Albia Blue Demons to 47 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cardinals now possess a 20-3 record. They play next when they travel to Grand View Christian for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 11. Treynor will confront a Thunder team coming off a 74-57 non-league win over West Burlington (West Burlington, IA). The Thunder record now stands at 22-1.
With the loss, Albia falls to 18-4 on the campaign.
