March 1, 2025: San Leandro, CA 94577 San Leandro Pirates (San Leandro, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, San Leandro improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Pirates travel to Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA) to face the Dons in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 4. The Dons go into the test with a record of 0-1. Arroyo lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Livermore (Livermore, CA)
The Vikings now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carlmont for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 4. Palo Alto will face a Scots squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA). The Scots record now stands at 4-1.
