March 1, 2025: Bloomington, CA 92316 The Bloomington Bruins volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy Warriors to 0 in the Bruins non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bruins now possess a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to San Gorgonio for a San Andreas outing on Friday, March 7. Bloomington will play a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Summit (Fontana, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 1-7.
With the loss, St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Warriors host La Sierra (Riverside, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league outing on Monday, March 3. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 0-2.
