The Central Wildcats softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Bob Jones Patriots to 3 in the Wildcats non-league win on Saturday.

The Wildcats now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hatton for a 4A Area 14 battle on Monday, March 3. Central will confront a Hornets team coming off a 12-6 non-league loss to Baker (Mobile, AL). The Hornets record now stands at 2-6.

With the loss, Bob Jones moves to 4-8 on the season. The Patriots travel to Curry (Jasper, AL) to confront the Yellowjackets in a non-league battle on Monday, March 3.
