Texas High School Softball - Incarnate Word Zapata
March 1, 2025: Zapata, TX 78076 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Incarnate Word Shamrocks softball team scored a tight 5-2 win over the Zapata Hawks.
The Shamrocks (6-7) will now prepare for their match against Crockett (Austin, TX). The Cougars come into the non-league match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Crockett was routed by United South (Laredo, TX), 11-8, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Hawks face the Lyford Bulldogs (Lyford, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 4. Zapata will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record.
