The Royal Highlanders softball team scored 5 runs and held the host Kennedy Cougars to 0 in the Highlanders non-league win on Saturday.

The Highlanders now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Ranch for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 1. Royal will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 14-3 non-league loss to Newbury Park (Newbury Park, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.
