The Scotts Valley Falcons triumphed over the visiting North Monterey County Condors softball squad by a count of 16-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Falcons play the Leigh Longhorns (San Jose, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 4. Scotts Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Longhorns enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Mountain View (Mountain View, CA).

The Condors (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against San Lorenzo Valley (Felton, CA). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, San Lorenzo Valley overcame Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA), 13-10, in a non-league challenge.
