The Parkwood Wolf Pack nudged the visiting Union Academy Cardinals baseball team by a tally of 12-11 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Wolf Pack now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Weddington for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 7. Parkwood will face a Warriors team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 2-0.
