Oklahoma High School Basketball - Fort Cobb-Broxton holds off Goodwell
March 2, 2023: Goodwell, OK 73939 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Fort Cobb-Broxton Mustangs (Fort Cobb, OK) and the host Goodwell Eagles (Goodwell, OK), saw Fort Cobb-Broxton's basketball squad hold off Goodwell by a tally of 45-43.
With the victory, Fort Cobb-Broxton improves its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Glencoe (Glencoe, OK) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 3. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 10-3. Glencoe won 52-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Roff (Roff, OK)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, OK) in a 270 challenge, on Sunday, December 17. Goodwell will attempt to improve on its 15-2 season record.
