Red Mountain Mountain Lions (Mesa, AZ) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Valley Vista Monsoon (Surprise, AZ), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Mountain Lions clash with the Perry Pumas (Gilbert, AZ) in a non-league match, on Thursday, March 9. Red Mountain will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Pumas come into the match with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Liberty (Peoria, AZ).

With the loss, Valley Vista drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Monsoon travel to Willow Canyon (Surprise, AZ) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 7.
