California High School Lacrosse - Santa Margarita drops to Foothill

March 2, 2023: Santa Ana, CA 92705

In Thursday's non-league test, the host Foothill Knights lacrosse squad scored a good 17-3 victory over the Santa Margarita Eagles.

The Knights now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Torrey Pines for a non-league test on Saturday, March 4. Foothill will face a Falcons squad coming off a 17-0 non-league win over Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-0.

In their next game, the Eagles face the JSerra Catholic Lions (San Juan Capistrano, CA) in a Trinity test, on Tuesday, March 7. Santa Margarita will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 1-4 record after their 8-6 non-league win over Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV).
