The Panthers now possess a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host Ruston for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 2. Brusly will face a Bearcats team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to St. Charles Catholic (LaPlace, LA). The Bearcats record now stands at 2-5.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Live Oak Eagles (Watson, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 5. Springfield will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 6-2 record after their 7-6 non-league win over St. Thomas More (Lafayette, LA).
