Louisiana High School Baseball - LaGrange loses to Sam Houston
March 2, 2024: Lake Charles, LA 70611 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Sam Houston Broncos baseball team scored a tight 5-2 victory over the LaGrange Grangers.
The Broncos (8-1) will now prepare for their game against Acadiana (Lafayette, LA). The Rams go into the 5A District 3 game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Acadiana tipped St. Augustine (New Orleans, LA), 11-6, in a non-league contest.
The Grangers now sport a 8-2 record. They play next when they host Buford for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 2. LaGrange will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Gadsden City (Gadsden, AL). The Wolves record now stands at 4-2.
