In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Cherokee Warriors lacrosse squad scored a tight 5-3 victory over the River Ridge Knights.

The Warriors now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Marietta for a test on Monday, March 4. Cherokee will encounter a Blue Devils team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Hillgrove (Powder Springs, GA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-3.

The Knights (0-1) will now prepare for their test against North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA). The Warriors come into the non-league test with a 0-2 record.
