Texas High School Softball - Lubbock-Cooper can't get by Midlothian
March 2, 2024: Midlothian, TX 76065 The Midlothian Panthers softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Lubbock-Cooper Pirates to 8 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Midlothian moves its record to 11-7 on the year. The Panthers travel to Mansfield Timberview (Arlington, TX) to clash with the Wolves in a 5A Region I District 8 game on Tuesday, March 5. The Wolves come into the game with a record of 1-2.
In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Monterey Plainsmen (Lubbock, TX) in a 5A Region I District 4 game, on Tuesday, March 12. Lubbock-Cooper will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record.
