Texas High School Baseball - La Porte nudged by Kingwood
March 3, 2022: La Porte, TX 77571 The Kingwood Mustangs nudged the host La Porte Bulldogs baseball team by a tally of 7-6 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now hold a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clear Falls for a non-league bout on Friday, March 4. Kingwood will face a Knights team coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Bellaire (Bellaire, TX). The Knights record now stands at 5-1.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Clear Brook Wolverines (Friendswood, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 3. La Porte will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Wolverines enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 6-3 non-league win over St. Thomas Catholic (Houston, TX).
