March 3, 2022: Broadus, MT 59317 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Powder River County Hawks (Broadus, MT) and the visiting Broadview/Lavina Pirates (Lavina, MT), saw Powder River County's basketball squad hold off Broadview/Lavina by a tally of 58-54.
With the victory, Powder River County improves its record to 20-2 on the campaign.
Next up, the Pirates play the Harlowton/Ryegate Engineers (Harlowton, MT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 4. Broadview/Lavina will attempt to improve on its 18-3 season record.
