March 3, 2023: Forestville, MD 20747 The Westlake Lions crushed the host Bishop McNamara Mustangs baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Lions now possess a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host Douglas County for a non-league bout on Monday, March 6. Westlake will face a Tigers team coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Hiram (Hiram, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 8-2.
Next, the Mustangs face the Dutchtown Bulldogs (Hampton, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 4. Bishop McNamara will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 2-6 record after their 8-7 non-league loss to Newton (Covington, GA).
