Alabama High School Softball - Beulah gets by Chilton County
March 3, 2023: Clanton, AL 35045 Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Beulah Bobcats (Valley, AL) and the host Chilton County Tigers (Clanton, AL), witnessed Beulah's softball squad tip Chilton County by a count of 7-6.
The Bobcats now sport a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Montgomery Catholic for a non-league match on Saturday, March 4. Beulah will face a Knights squad coming off a 9-5 non-league loss to Prattville (Prattville, AL). The Knights record now stands at 0-6.
With the loss, Chilton County moves to 2-3 on the season. The Tigers travel to Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, March 6. The Eagles enter the test with a record of 2-4. Oak Mountain lost 9-6 in their recent non-league test against Central (Phenix City, AL)
