March 3, 2023: Latexo, TX 75849 The Latexo Tigers (Latexo, TX) softball routed the visiting Trinity Tigers (Trinity, TX), 10-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Tigers (10-4) will now prepare for their bout against Cypress Christian (Houston, TX). The Warriors go into the non-league bout with a 3-0 record. In their last bout, Cypress Christian toppled Westside (Houston, TX), 5-2, in a non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to Tarkington for a 3A Region III District 23 bout on Tuesday, March 7. Trinity will confront a Longhorns squad coming off a 15-3 non-league loss to Coldspring-Oakhurst (Coldspring, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 5-12.
