California High School Lacrosse - El Segundo bounces Downey
March 3, 2025: El Segundo, CA 90245 Fans at Monday's non-league test between the El Segundo Eagles (El Segundo, CA) and the visiting Downey Vikings (Downey, CA), witnessed El Segundo's lacrosse squad top Downey by a count of 18-1.
The Eagles (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA). The Sea Kings enter the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Palos Verdes was overwhelmed by Chaminade (West Hills, CA), 14-10, in a non-league test.
Next, the Vikings battle the Glendale Nitros (Glendale, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 4. Downey will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record. The Nitros enter the test with a 2-2 record after their 14-1 non-league win over Rosary Academy (Fullerton, CA).
