The Trinity Christian Lions lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the host Union Grove Wolverines to 4 in the Lions league triumph on Monday.

The Lions now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brookwood for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 18.

With the loss, Union Grove falls to 0-5 on the year. The Wolverines host Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA) to face the Wildcats in a 1A Area 3 outing on Wednesday, March 5. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 5-2. Whitewater won 9-8 in their recent non-league outing against Midtown (Atlanta, GA)
