In Monday's non-league test, the Highland Prep Honey Badgers (Surprise, AZ) softball squad overwhelmed the host Dysart Demons (El Mirage, AZ), by a tally of 11-4.

Next, the Honey Badgers clash with the Odyssey Institute Minotaur (Buckeye, AZ) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 4. Highland Prep will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Minotaur go into the test with a 2-3 record after their 14-2 non-league loss to Wickenburg (Wickenburg, AZ).

The Demons (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Thunderbird (Phoenix, AZ). The Titans go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Thunderbird was routed by Cactus Shadows (Cave Creek, AZ), 12-1, in a non-league test.
