In Tuesday's non-league test, the Sunrise Mountain Mustangs (Peoria, AZ) softball squad overwhelmed the host Paradise Valley Trojans (Phoenix, AZ), by a tally of 17-0.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Arizona College Prep Knights (Chandler, AZ) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 6. Sunrise Mountain will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Knights go into the test with a 4-3 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Vista Grande (Casa Grande, AZ).

The Trojans (1-6) will now prepare for their test against Buckeye (Buckeye, AZ). The Hawks go into the 5A Desert West test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Buckeye prevailed over Kellis (Glendale, AZ), 19-1, in a non-league test.
