Teutopolis Wooden Shoes (Teutopolis, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Mt. Carmel Golden Aces (Mt. Carmel, IL), 56-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Teutopolis upgrades its record to 26-7 on the season. The Wooden Shoes travel to Nashville (Nashville, IL) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Monday, March 7. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 23-4. Nashville won 47-45 in their recent non-league bout against Breese Central (Breese, IL)
