March 4, 2022: Crestwood, KY 40014 The South Oldham Dragons tipped the visiting Lexington Catholic Knights lacrosse team by a score of 8-7 in Friday's non-league match.
With the win, South Oldham upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Dragons host Trinity (Louisville, KY) to play the Shamrocks in a KSLL match on Tuesday, March 8. The Shamrocks go into the match with a record of 0-2. Trinity lost 12-3 in their recent non-league match against Western Reserve Academy (Hudson, OH)
With the defeat, Lexington Catholic drops to 0-3 on the season. The Knights host Sayre (Lexington, KY) to play the Spartans in a non-league match on Wednesday, March 9. The Spartans go into the match with a record of 1-0. Sayre won 13-7 in their recent league match against Madison Central/Madison Southern [Mavericks] (Richmond, KY)
