Georgia High School Baseball - Wesleyan defeats South Forsyth
March 4, 2023: Norcross, GA 30092 Wesleyan Wolves (Norcross, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting South Forsyth War Eagles (Cumming, GA), 8-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Wesleyan upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Wolves travel to Pickens (Jasper, GA) to battle the Dragons in a 3A Area 7 test on Tuesday, March 7. The Dragons come into the test with a record of 7-2. Pickens won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against North Murray (Chatsworth, GA)
With the defeat, South Forsyth falls to 6-5 on the season. The War eagles host Alexander (Douglasville, GA) to battle the Cougars in a non-league test on Monday, March 6. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 5-4. Alexander lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against Adairsville (Adairsville, GA)
