Georgia High School Baseball - Troup County gets by West Laurens
March 4, 2023: LaGrange, GA 30241 Troup County Tigers (LaGrange, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting West Laurens Raiders (Dexter, GA), 6-4 in a non-league test.
With the win, Troup County upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Tigers travel to Columbus (Columbus, GA) to battle the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 8. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 3-7. Columbus lost 7-3 in their recent non-league test against Shaw (Columbus, GA)
With the defeat, West Laurens falls to 6-3 on the season. The Raiders travel to Griffin (Griffin, GA) to battle the Bears in a 4A Area 2 test on Monday, March 6. The Bears come into the test with a record of 0-9. Griffin lost 10-0 in their recent league test against Spalding (Griffin, GA)
